Fall Workout Information

Attention NJM Members!

As a step forward in reopening our running community, NJM is pleased to announce that, starting September 8, we will commence biweekly virtual workouts under the leadership of Coaches Joel and PK

Keeping you safe during this pandemic is our top priority—that’s why we’re holding virtual workouts.

Workouts will be sent weekly via Run Signup. They can be done on your own time, location and convenience.

Members may plan their training schedules accordingly, the Tuesday track workouts with Coach Joel will be communicated on Sunday evenings and the Thursday tempo runs with Coach PK will be communicated on Tuesday evenings.

We expect each member to follow all local, state, and federal laws while participating, which includes abiding by all health guidance and restriction in your area prior to undertaking any physical activity. These include keeping your distance of 6ft apart from other people, crowd sizes, and/or protective gear requirements like masks or gloves.
