TRACK WORKOUT WITH COACH JOEL ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 6TH, AT 6:15PM. LOCATION IS BEN FRANKLIN MIDDLE SCHOOL, VAN DIEN AVENUE IN RIDGEWOOD.

Warmup mile, track drills, and 6x50m strides with 50 jog.
At 5k pace run 100m and jog 100, then run 200m @5K pace and jog 200m, then run 300m @5K pace and jog 100m . That will be three laps.
Everyone gets 2:00 break
Repeat 2-3 more times.
Warm down 7-10 minutes.
