DESCRIPTION:Virtual Workout at location of your choice from Coach Joel: \nWarmup mile. Workout done at 5k pace if track or roads.\nFor the track 3×100 stride with 100 jog. Do 800 with 400 jog. Do 600 with 200 jog.\n500 with 300 jog. 400 with 400 jog.\nFinish with 300 with 100 jog.\nFor less experienced you can walk recovery and do just do some sets.\nFor the road 5:00 with 2:30 recovery\, 4:00 with 2:00 recovery\, 3:00 with 1:30\, 2:00 with 1:00 and 1:30 with 10:00 jog for everyone.
