Track Tuesday Workout with Coach Joel Pasternack

Workout for 4/27/21
Warmup 1 mile, track drills and 5 x 100.
Newer Runners: at 5k pace, 5 – 7 400m with 2:00 minute recovery. Then, run 3-4 laps cool down.
Advanced Runners: at 5k pace 2 – 4 x 1 mile with slow 400m jog.
Warm Down 3-4 laps
