Tuesday Track Workout
October 5 @ 6:00 pm
Meet in the second parking lot of the Glen Rock Duck Pond at 6:00pm. Coaches will alternate each week between Coach Joel and Coach PK.
Workout for 10/5/21
15 min warm up followed by stretching, drills and 4x 100m strides.
Each loop of the park is slightly less than 800m.
All at half marathon pace:
1 loop, followed by 1 min rest.
2 loops, followed by 2 min rest
2 loops, 2 min rest
1 loop, 1 min rest
This should give slightly less than 3 miles at half marathon pace.
Cool down 8-10 mins stretch and rehydrate.
