DESCRIPTION:From coach Joel: \nThere’s a slight possibility that tracks could be covered on snow from Sunday.\nHere’s workout for road or track if available.\nWarmup one Mile. For the track all at 5k pace. 3×100 strides with 100 jog.\nThen 1200m with 200 jog and 200 walk. Do this 2-4 times.\nIf on the road at 5k\, do 2-4x 6:00 with a 1:30 jog and 1:30 walk.\nWarmdown 7:00.
