Social Run

Come and join us for our Saturday Morning Social Group Run.
Due to the extreme heat forecasted for this weekend, the social run will begin at 7am instead of 8am.
This run is for all abilities and paces.
We start at the Glen Rock Duck Pond and run on the path. The distances range based on participants, usually 3-5+ miles, all paces.
ALL NJM runners are welcome to participate.
