Summer Workout – Interval Training

Interval training with Coach Joel Pasternack at 6:15pm with be held at the Glen Rock Duck Pond in the second parking lot.
All are welcome!
Workout for 7/6/21
Everyone warmup mile and 6 x 50m strides.
Then at 5k pace, run to 1 cone and jog to 1 cone, then run 2 cones and jog 2 cones. Then run 3 cones and jog 3 cones (approximately 1/8 of a mile between cones or 200m on a track). That will be approximately a total of 1 – 3/4 miles. Stop for drink and repeat again if possible.
Warm down 1 mile
