Summer Workout – Interval Training
July 20 @ 6:15 pm
Interval training with Coach Joel Pasternack at 6:15pm with be held at the Glen Rock Duck Pond in the second parking lot.
All are welcome!
Workout for 7/20/21
Everyone warmup 1 – 1.5 miles then 6 x 50m strides.
At 5k pace run 5 x 2 cones (approximately .10 between cones) and jog one. Then go to the stairs to do 4 x hill. When done come back to start and repeat 5 x 2cones with one jog.
Warm down mile.
