Summer Workout – Interval Training
August 3 @ 6:15 pm
Interval training with Coach Joel Pasternack at 6:15pm with be held at the Glen Rock Duck Pond in the second parking lot.
All are welcome!
Workout for 8/3/21
Warmup 1 – 2 miles and then four strides in parking lot.
At 5k pace, run 10 – 15 times 1:00 with 1:00 jog. I’ll be blowing whistle to let everyone know the time. If working on a track or around a loop, switch directions after six.
