Summer Workout – Interval Training
August 17 @ 6:15 pm
Interval training with Coach Joel Pasternack at 6:15pm with be held at the Glen Rock Duck Pond in the second parking lot.
All are welcome!
Workout for 8/17/21
Warmup 1-1-1/2 miles, then six parking lot strides.
If you didn’t race this weekend:
At 5k pace do two laps of duck pond. Take 5:00 break and do 3 laps.
If you did race this weekend:
At 5k pace 150m stride and 50m jog for the park loop. Cones will be out. After a loop 2:00 break. Repeat 4-7 times.
Everyone Warm down 1-2 laps of pond.
