Summer Workout – Tempo Tuesday

Tempo workout with Coach Paul Kartanowicz. Workouts will be held in the Glen Rock Duck Pond in Glen Rock. We will met in the second parking lot by the pavilion.
All are welcome!
Workout for 6/29/21
Warm up 10-15 mins. Stretches and drills followed by 4 x 100m strides.
Fartlek workout: 6-8 x 2 mins at 5k effort. Do not worry if you’re not hitting exactly 5k pace as heat will likely be an issue. Aim for effort. Recovery is 2 min jog/ walk.
Cool down 8 – 10 mins and rehydrate.
