Summer Workout – Tempo Tuesday

Workout for 7/27/21
Warm up 10-15 minute jog and be ready for 6:15pm stretches.
We will go through several stretches and drills followed by 4 x 100m strides
Cones will be placed every 400m around the duck pond. At your current 5k pace, 400m, 800m, 1600m, 800, 400m. Recovery is easy 400m jog between all intervals.
Cool down 8 -10 minutes, stretch and rehydrate.
