Summer Workout – Tempo Tuesday

Workout for 8/10/21
Warm up 15-20 mins. Drills, stretches and 4 x 100m strides.
At 5k-10k pace: 3 mins, 2 mins, 1 min all with 60 second recovery in between. Repeat 3-4 times.
Cool down 8-10 mins, rehydrate and stretch.
I’ll try to bring more free Powerbar samples!
