Thursday Tempo with Coach PK

Thursday tempo workouts with Coach Paul Kartanowicz. Workouts will be held on the Veteran’s Field in Ridgewood. We will meet at the Linwood Avenue section of the oval.
All are welcome!
Workout for 4/29/21
Warm up 15 mins and be ready for 6:15 start. We will go over stretches and drills plus 4 x 100m strides.
Complete 4 – 5 mile repeats at your current half marathon – 15k pace. Jog 3 mins recovery in between each mile.
Coach PK will have the 1 mile, 1/2 mile, and finish marked on the veterans field path.
Coach will give splits but please also refer to your wristwatch.
Cool down 8-10 mins stretch and rehydrate
