Thursday Tempo with Coach PK

Depending on your fitness level runners will complete 2 x 10-12 minutes at half marathon pace. Jog 4 minutes in between sets. Goal is to average a slightly faster pace for the second half. Keep the amount of time even.
(Example: 12 mins @ 7:00 pace, 4 mins easy jogging, 12 mins at 6:55 pace)
Cool down 8-10 mins and rehydrate and stretch.
