Thursday Tempo with Coach PK

Thursday tempo workouts with Coach Paul Kartanowicz. Workouts will be held on the Veteran’s Field in Ridgewood. We will meet at the Linwood Avenue section of the oval.
All are welcome!
Warm up 1-1.5 miles
Dynamic stretches and drills followed by 4 x 100m strides
3 x 8 mins at 1/2 marathon pace with 2 mins jogging recovery. Coach will give updates on time and use whistle to start and end each segment, but please also keep track on your wrist watch.
Cool down 8-10 mins.
