Workout for 5/4/21
Warmup 1-1.5 miles
Track drills and 4 x 100m strides.
Do 3-4 x 800m at 5k pace with 2:30 recovery
3-5 x 1000 with 200 jog at 5k pace.
Warm down 3-4 laps
