All are welcome!
Workout for 4/13/21
Everyone warmup 1-1.5 miles, dynamic stretches and 4x100m strides.
Workout 1 (Runners new to track)
5-9 x 300m at good pace with 100m walk.
Workout 2 (More experienced runners)
5-8 x 600m at 5k pace with 200m jog.
Everyone Warm down 3-4 laps.
