Interval training at Ben Franklin Middle School on Tuesdays at 6:15pm. This is the last workout of the season.
All are welcome!
Workout for March 10, 2020
Everyone warms up 1 to 1-1/2 miles. Then 4 x 100m strides.
Workout:
6 – 14 400m with 200m recovery jog.
To determine your 400m time:
Make sure to time your 400 strides and recover with 100m jog. Then multiply best time by 4 and add five seconds.
That will be your 400m goal time with 200m jog recovery.
Warm Down 3 – 4 laps
