Interval training at Ben Franklin Middle School on Tuesdays at 6:15pm
All are welcome!
Warmup 1- 1.5 miles.
Dynamic Stretching drills and then 4 x 100m strides.
At approximately 10 seconds faster than 5k pace do 6 -13 x 200m with 200m jog.
Warm down 3-4 laps opposite way on track.
