Tuesday Track Workout with Coach Joel Pasternack

Interval training at Ben Franklin Middle School on Tuesdays at 6:15pm

All are welcome!

Workout for 5/25/21

Everyone warms up mile. Track drills and 4 x 100 strides.

At 5k pace run:

200m with a 200m jog or walk recovery

400m with 1:30 recovery

600m with 200m jog or walk recovery

800m with 2:00 rest

1000m with a 200m jog or walk

1200m with 2:30 recovery

1400m with 200m jog or walk.

You choose how far you want to go.

Warm down 3-4 laps
