Tuesday Track Workout

Meet in the second parking lot of the Glen Rock Duck Pond at 6:00pm. Coaches will alternate each week between Coach Joel and Coach PK.
Workout for 9/28/21
Warmup 1 – 1.5 miles and 4 x 50m strides.
At 5k pace, run 4 – 8 x 600m with 200 jog.
Warm down 1 mile
