Tuesday Track Workout

Meet in the second parking lot of the Glen Rock Duck Pond at 6:00pm. Coaches will alternate each week between Coach Joel and Coach PK.
Workout for 10/12/21
Warmup 1-2 miles, then 4x50m strides.
At 10 seconds faster then 5k pace, 4-6x loop of park in sections of 300m fast and 200m jog 300m fast.
Then take 1:30 recovery. Repeat 3-5 more times.
Warm down 1/2-1 mile.
