Lace up a pair of Adidas running shoes and take them for a test ride around the track.** RAFFLE TO WIN A FREE PAIR OF THE ADIOS PRO 4* MEET US ON THE TRACK! SEE YOU THERE! |
With Coach Joel:
Warm up.
Warmup mile. Track drills. 6x50m with 50 jog.
At 5k pace run 100 jog 100 for four laps.
Take 3:00 recovery. Next do same for three laps.
Take 2;00 recovery. Next do two laps with 1:00 break.
Then one lap. Warmdown mile.
