Virtual Tuesday Track Workout – Winter Program

Coach Paul:
15-20 min warm up
4 x 100m strides
On the roads at 10k pace:
5 mins, 4 mins, 3 mins, 2 mins, 1 min. All with 2:00 jogging recovery.
Take 4-5 mins recovery after the set and repeat but aim for 5k pace in the second set for a total of 2 sets.
Cool down 1 mile
