Tuesday Track Workout

October 21 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

With Coach Paul:

Warm up 20 mins
4 x 100m strides
Changing it up a bit with a nod towards the marathoners, especially Marine Corps coming up:
2 miles at marathon pace. Done either as one continuous run or with a 400m recovery lap in between the two miles.
Non marathoners can add on a 400m recovery afterwards and get in a third mile at closer to half marathon pace

Cool down 1 mile
