Tuesday’s Track Workout Meet Regular Program is on Winter Break

BUT…each Week we will post a program from our coaches Joel and Paul, that you can follow on your own, weather permitting.

This Week’s Kickoff Workout for Winter is from Coach Joel:

This workout can be done on a track or roads.
Warmup one mile.
Do either 4x100m strides with 100 jog or stride 30 seconds and jog 1:00 four times.
Either take two minute break or jog two minutes.
Then a 5k pace do 3-5 times 4:00 with 3:00 jog recovery.
Warmdown five minute jog.
