15-20 min warm up
4 x 100m strides
6-10x 400m as follows:
Start the first 200m at 10k pace and pick up gradually through the 300m mark, finishing at roughly 5k pace. The goal
Is to learn to go out relaxed and pick up the pace as fatigue sets in.
Take 90 seconds recovery after each 400m
Cool down 10 mins
