Tuesday Track Workout

Meet in the second parking lot of the Glen Rock Duck Pond at 6:00pm. Coaches will alternate each week between Coach Joel and Coach PK.
Workout for 10/26/21
Warmup 1 – 1.5 miles and 4 x 50yd strides.
At 5k pace, do 4-6 laps of duck pond alternating 3:00 tempo with 2:00 jog.
Warm down mile.
