Trail running and Road runnig are two different sports with different CULTURES!! actually i like trail running better because it’s just different and i feel better when i do it And My body doeSnt hurt, goOdbye knee pain or bRoKen ankle issues. If you go down in a road race, the road runners will jump over you and let volunteers know at the next aid station; real trail runners will stop, pull out their meds, first aid-kit, give you CPR and carry you to the next aid station.
trail runners look at elevation charts and the scenery and AreNt fast as road runner , because we neeD watch out bears, rattle snakes or others animals and foot stepPing to avoid fallS. Being femaLe and alone in the trails sometimes isnt safe that’s why i waNt create a private gRoup for 1 day or weekends hikers where we do Good trail races course but at hiking pace as escarpment trail , breakneck poInt trail, the gunks (SRt trail course) and many more.
