Event Navigation
15 min warm up. Stretches drills and 3-4 x 100m strides
5x 200m @ 3k-5k pace with 30-40 seconds recovery.
After 5th interval jog 400m in outside lane and repeat 5 x 200 for a total of 3 sets.
Cool down 10 minutes
