Our 10 week beginner running program requires NO PRIOR RUNNING EXPERIENCE, we just require enthusiasm and attendance at our weekly coached workouts. We have seen whole families, work colleagues and individuals progress at their own pace through the 10 week program, with everyone being able to complete the 5K run and make running a lifestyle.

A professional coach certified with USATF and RRCA will be coaching you. You will get expert advice from nutritionist, exercises physiologist and gait analysis experts.  You will be in good hands with lots of support. We meet every week on Saturday for about 1 hour.

We graduate with the 5k Ridgewood Run on Memorial Day, Monday May 27th!!
