Thursday Weekly Tempo Workout

May 7 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

With Coach Joel:

Warmup mile. Track drills. 4x50m strides. At 5k pace run 2:00 and walk 2:00. Then 1:45 with 1:45 recovery. Next 1:30 with 1:30 recovery. 1:15 run and 1:15 recovery. 1:00 and 1:00. Finish with 45. 45 recovery. Total tempo time is 8:15. The more accomplished runner can take a three minute break. Repeat again. Everyone warms down seven minutes.
